Type of play (what you’re exploiting)
- Ten-spin “cycle” feature: Scarab (and Diamond Mania) lock “frames” as they appear during a 10-game series. On the 10th spin, all locked frames turn into wilds. Your edge comes from entering a cycle that already has valuable locked frames, especially late in the cycle, so you pay fewer spins for the same 10th-spin wild conversion.
What to look for (best setups)
- Locked frames concentrated on the left (reels 1–3 are most important; reel 4 can matter in some patterns).
- Frames connected horizontally on the same row (to create 4- or 5-of-a-kind left-to-right line hits).
- Prefer setups that can realistically produce 4OAK/5OAK on the 10th spin; 3OAK pays poorly and usually isn’t the goal.
