- Progressive “meter value” play using the Major and Mega free-games meters on Buffalo Power Pay (Aristocrat), primarily by buying the Instant Feature (bonus buy) when the meters are high enough to create a meaningful edge.
What to look for (on the casino floor)
- Confirm the machine has Instant Feature enabled: look for the green Instant Feature button on the bet pad next to the denomination. If it’s not enabled, skip (too slow to realize value).
- Read the meters above the reels:
- Playable meters: Major and Mega (they build).
- Not playable: Mini (20 free games) and Minor (25 free games) are fixed and never increment.
- Check every denomination available on the same cabinet/bank. RTP and math can differ by denom/bet level, and some eligibility/odds change with bet size.
