Type of play
- Must-hit-by (MHB) progressive “wilds” accumulation. You’re exploiting the fact that certain wild features are guaranteed to trigger by a fixed counter value, making high counters +EV.
What to look for (counters/features)
- Blue wilds (base game)
- Blue wild symbols accumulate on a counter above the middle reel.
- Resets to 5 and is guaranteed to hit by 50 (can hit earlier).
- Tends to become more likely as it climbs; rarely seen very high (often under ~12; anecdotal differences between Regal Riches vs Prosperity Pearl).
- Free games wilds (10 free games feature)
- Three separate MHB counters that award a 10-free-games feature with that color’s wild package:
- Purple (Minor): resets 30, must hit by 75
- Green (Major): resets 40, must hit by 100
- Yellow (Mega): resets 50, must hit by 125
- Can trigger randomly before the MHB number, but will not pass the MHB without awarding.
