Type of play
- Must-hit state / “play-the-state” based on expanding reel heights, with the main edge coming from triggering Free Games while the reels (especially reels 1–3) are already tall.
How the advantage works (quick)
- Reels expand from 4 up to 8 symbols tall; taller reels = more ways.
- When a reel hits full height (8), it normally resets to 4 on the next spin unless the chevron above that reel is filled with gold.
- If the chevron is filled, the full-height reel persists for an extra spin and can switch to an alternate reelset for that reel with more premium symbols, then it resets.
- Biggest value is entering Free Games with tall reels: in the bonus, reels that reach the top stay locked at full height for the entire bonus and use the premium-heavier alternate reelset. This is where huge wins/handpays can happen.
